Bon voyage Stephen. Look I hope it all goes well and you get the inspiration you are looking for. Just finished nightfall (took a bloody age to get in Tasmania). Yes it is different, to what I'm used to, but none the less I enjoyed it. Put simply you write well Stephen. Anyhow, back when I lived in blighty, I sailed with the STA on the Winston Churchill & Malcolm Miller tall ships and later the Prince William brigantine. Have fun at sea, and try to get the navigator to get you into some celestial navigation. Trust me its more fun than it sounds and all that old maths will come flooding back.
stephen i have just read all ur Dan ‘Spider’ Shepherd book and i have got to say they are some of the best books i have read in a long time. cant wait for the next Dan Shepherd book.
Steve - old journalistic buddy calling. Have just read Rough Justice whilst on hols. Superb. Now that is a read that would lend itself perfectly to a tv dramatisation. Life has obviously been hectic since we last met in Thailand and the creative juices seem to be flowing. Time for a beer when you are back in the UK? Enjoy the trip back to blighty. Regards John Reynolds.
