    er, if things haver been 'reset', where does that leave Jack with regard his legacy (and the deal done for his soul) and does it mean that Marcus is still 'in' Jenny's life?

    Very very very good question, Nick, and one I'm still trying to resolve! Not even sure if Jack still has the house. Obviously I can't keep going around the same loop (or can I?) but clearly Marcus will have to be dealt with, though now Jenny isn't aware of what happened. It's complicated..... Will be starting to write the fourth book in a month or two so hopefully I will have worked it out by then....
